These Synthol idiots are just the epitome of "ass-clown".
Some deep psychological issues going on there.
There's a youtube video of one guy who's lying on a Dr's table, as they squeeze gallons of pus out of his infected arm.
It wont end well for those people... No one knows the long term effects of that stuff.

I don't get it. These guys have bumps that don't look like muscle, don't function like muscle, always look flexed but don't contribute anything to strength or athletic ability. WTF good is it?

It looks a lot like implants to me. The rest of his body is out of proportions and the biceps doesn't flex "normally".

That is just plain stupid looking, the guy has like a 12 inch neck and balloon traps and shoulders, and the biceps look completely ridiculous. I hope he didnt do that just to get chicks, because no woman would ever want to be seen in public with that retard.

I wonder if the body parts go back to normal if you stop using synthol or if they just stay that way, imagine how silly this guy would look when he is older and still has these balloon fake muscles.

What these people are after is attention. It's like what Gregg Valentino said, "Obviously my arms are my thing and I want to attract people's attention to them."

Synthol, etc. etc. ......boooooring. Take away his helps and this guy will be far away from genuine 18 inch cold measured arms. I`m honestly impressed with genuine, drugfree 18 inch cold measurement (because most would never achieve that in real life).

Rarely mentioned: Paul Anderson`s 24 inch arms-in his prime at 365-390- are way more impressive than pretty much all pro bodybuilders`"arms". Same goes for Glenn Ross peak years 2000-2008.

Franco said it best years ago, "If you're going to have an 18" arm, you should have 18"s worth of strength."
