The masters world championship is in Denver in 11 days. Anyone getting ready for this? I am and am very excited to be back in the game.

You're going Myles? I hope you do well out there.

I am going and am doing very well. I am not what I was a couple years ago, but have come a long ways in my recovery. The fact I am allowed to throw and lift is a victory right now. Thanks so much for the love brother.

The fact that you are throwing after all the hell you've been through recently is pretty awesome. Kill it out there.

Just two more days till I leave for Denver. The hay is in the barn as we say about training. Just resting and eating. I am nervous to be back on the big stage as it has been a little while. I have no regrets, I am not what I was two years ago before the injuries, but I have done all I can do at this point to be as good as possible. So I am ready as I can be.

Heard about the world record in sheaf Myles. Congrats, that's almost as awesome as just getting back to throwing.

Setting the sheaf record in the comeback was special, but more special was the mob of athletes after. It was the greatest feeling ever at a game with my peers giving me that love. I just can't put that into words. A moment I will savor for life.
