As some members may already know from Steve Gardener's mention of this on his logs etc ( thanks Steve) I am running a strength equipment raffle for the ARNI Trust.
This is the second time I have ran this type of raffle and it is also the second time that Ironmind has kindly agreed to support us.

There is over 50 prizes to be won in this raffle, all prizes were donated by sponsors such as Ironmind , David Horne, Jedd Johnson and many more. All the money raised goes direct to the charity and anyone who donates gets the chance to win one of the 50 prizes.
Please consider supporting us this year by clicking donate ( price guide is just above the donate button). The Link to the raffle and ARNI website is

2011 is The ARNI trusts 10th Aniversary. Dr Tom Balchin has put together a short you-tube video of images from the past 10 years.
Started by a stroke survivor, from 2001 to 2011 the Action for Rehabilitation from Neurological Injury Charity has specialised in achieving functional recoveries for stroke survivors. ARNI has 90 trainers across the UK and supports the hospitals by taking over where therapists leave off after discharge, usually through time and resources reasons. For National Stroke Awareness day, we decided to make a video from collected images to help the public better understand how professional trainers learn to rehabilitate stroke survivors and what goes on in a few highlighted sessions. The raffle proceeds all go towards this work
