    Default IM gets the rub!

I was interviewed earlier this week by Ed Cicale for
his sports training web-site, Athletic Strength and Power...
during the inter-view I had a chance to "beat the drum"
for Randy and this forum. Check it out:

    Again, well done

    Great interview.
    What a bargain, $25.00, that's basically free.
The clinic sounds like a winner with some of the best folks who live and know strength.
When I see other clinics that are out there (like Kettlebells, etc) charging $3,000.00 sometimes for a 1 day seminar, this is a breath of fresh air.
(Plus having the caliber of people speaking and running this one = WINNER)!

thanks, guys. The Sat. portion of the clinic leads off
    with a three hour "hands-on" workshop...mainly "head
and neck" stuff but I'll bring a few of the old Warren Lincoln Travis
globe 'bells over for fun lifting...and maybe Apollon's big dumb-bell!

Wow, I would really like to see those bells one day.
Work ruined it this year for me (plus my daughter graduating on SAT the 23rd we recently found out)..

Maybe next year... Glad its turning into a annual event so far. Does Mickey the dog have a rubber globe dumbbell for teething :>)

    Kim -

Many thanks for the plug—sooner or later, some more guys will realize that what you're saying about the grip strength of your players is true.

Good luck and have fun with your clinic—wish I could be there, but I'm in Germany this weekend.

    Talk soon.
