    Default Bill Kazmaier

This is a US origin forum and so far nobody haven´t announced your national treasure here: the living legend of strongman: Bill Kazmaier.

I saw him in tv for the WSM -89 and after that seeing all old WSM since the start etc.

In the dictionary there should be Bill´s picture as a translation to word Strong.

Awful raw pressing power, huge dl etc. + when lifting - he´s appearance was ok for horror films also

    I am frankly puzzled.

Hasn't Bill Kazmaier any supporter willing to reflect on his career in Strongman ?

Bill Kazmaier is hugely inspirational and motivating for me. Does anyone have any word on how his quadriceps is healing?

I red that Wikipedia article about Kazmaier. What is Scottish Power Challenge? I have never heard about it.

Somebody correct me if I´m wrong, but I believe it´s one these Scottish tournaments which includes strongman events like stones etc. along with original Highland games heavy events.

I met Bill in December of 2009 and he was super nice and very patient with everyone gathered to see him and hear him talk. I got in line and was one of the last people to get my picture taken with him. Was very nervous by the time I got up there and all I could think to do was kind of "lean" into him for the first picture. It was pretty comical. The 2nd picture was much better and we just shook hands. Nothing like meeting one of the titans of strength!
