    Well this is my formal introduction , pleased to meet (virtually, vis a vis with a keyboard/ screen) all of you I look forward to chatting and argui-I mean actively discussing with you all.
    Life story: I am training as something of a general strength athlete now after a couple years lay off thanks to IBD that stopped me exercising working out working, took 60lbs of muscle off me and nearly killed me out right (doing okay now) so since then during the last year I am back on to serious strength work again and training for strongman powerlifting and hopefully a bit of stone lifting grip comps and such when i get the chance i am not very great at any of it: yet I will keep working and getting better and so on forever... I am just taking things one step at a time. I also know one or two oddments here and there and a bit of a fanboy for the best strength athletes.
