  • Dropping a bodyweight division

    Anyone have any thoughts on dropping from a general bodyweight of 113kg to the 105kg division, 6ft tall, 19 y/o. He trains 9 times a week / 6 days a week. As part of his training he is doing Hepburn squats, bench and s/press programs. So lots of volume. We were thinking of maintaining his current diet which is already minus sugar but introducing some cardio on his single workout days like rowing and hill sprints.
