    I have the Ironmind neck harness and I'm wondering how "heavy" one should train the front of the neck vs the back? Obviously not using heavy weights but you know what I mean Just want balanced development. New to neck training so any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

      Hopefully someone answers your question. I am interested in the same thing. I am older, and have been overweight the last 6 years. I am dreading losing weight in my neck because I hate to think what my neck skin will do. I am thinking perhaps, as the weight goes off (done it three times in the last dozen years), get some increased neck muscle so my skin won't be hanging off my face in a cartoon-like fashion.

      Jon, if my posting a weird comment like that does not produce SOME reaction on the forum, maybe the forum IS dead!
