I have tried a few things to improve my press but none seem to have made MUCH of a difference. I have quite weak shoulder joints but that will be addressed with prehab and more pulling movements.
However what did some of the old school, double bodyweight pressing beasts of 20-30 years ago do to train their press?
The only thing I haven't really tried is heavy singles.
