Akinwale Arobieke was described as 'purple' and 'big and black' by a number of interviewees in the programme

I can't believe it now he's got the bizzies investigating the BBC. What a guy!

I don't think he would do so well if he ever came across you Gerard. You're a good guy, but if he made these odd moves, I think he would be in a world of trouble.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Dave. The guy is about the size of Mark Felix. I reckon I could probably still squat him a few times even though I have not been training that exercise for a while! Maybe he needs a taste of his own medicine such as being forced to follow the Super Squats routine for a few months?
