If you still are looking for the clip let me know and I will check with Bruce about it. I'm due to have a visit with him soon. I realize the post is a year old but I just got my forum access rebooted with the help of Chris, so I am playing catch up. I'm going to send you a recent email Bruce sent me when I asked him about an old John Davis article I found that addressed bodyweight to strength ratios. His response was an article unto itself !
